Aside from that less than useful tidbit, I am always trying to inform people that all moods are prone to feature lies. There is a reason that being bi-polar is a problem all of the time and not just half of the time. There is nothing essentially wrong with feeling any emotion or espousing any thought, but when you begin to separate the reality of the situation from the "story" that you create something fairly awful happens. It is the disconnects and gaps in our lives that are at issue, the grim or gritty reality is human.
